The Constitution protects the rights of speech, association, and access of all students, faculty, and staff on public university campuses. And yes, this includes Christians. • Freedom of Speech - Speech codes and speech zones are commonly used on public university campuses to censor and intimidate Christian students, faculty, and staff so that their faith is effectively silenced.
• Freedom of Association - Christian students aren’t second-class citizens, and the Constitution gives them the same right to associate together on campus as any other groups.
• Freedom to Exercise Religious Beliefs - Universities cannnot force students to advocate views publicly or to adopt values that run contrary to their religious convictions.  
• Equal Access - Public universities often deny Christian clubs the same access to facilities and resources available to other non-student groups.
• Equality of Opportunity- Constitutional rights protect students, faculty, and staff from actions that deny them an equal chance at academic success, employment, or promotion.
